Gearvix is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy explains how refunds are handled, which items are eligible for return, and the steps you should take if your order does not meet expectations.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected by our team.

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days
  • Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at service@gearvix.com.

Products That Are Not Returnable

Certain items are excluded from returns due to safety, hygiene, or operational limitations, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Gift cards

How to Submit a Return Request

All returns require approval in advance.

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization or without the provided label will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return Approval

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be linked to a valid order or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Problems With Your Order (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly at service@gearvix.com. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Exchanges

Gearvix does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original product
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This helps ensure faster processing and accurate stock availability.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

During this period, orders may be canceled or returned without providing a reason, provided that:

  • Items remain unused and in original condition
  • Packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is included

This right exists separately and does not replace Gearvix’s standard 30-day return policy.
